The weekend in Engelberg started for our Red Eagles with a great fifth place of Halvor Egner Granerud. This was the by far best result of his career for the young Norwegian. Clemens Aigner finished 21st on Saturday, Stefan Hula, Timi Zajc, Stephan Leyhe and Anze Semenic came in on the places 22, 24, 25 and 26.
In the final competition before the short Christmas break, Stefan Hula was our best athlete in 13th. Stephan Leyhe came in 18th, followed by Halvor Egner Granerud in 19th, Jernej Damjan finished 22nd.

Very good start for our team at the COC weekend in Ruka. Ziga Jelar and Jurij Tepes were among the best on Saturday and finished third and fourth. Tom Hilde and Marius Lindvik finished 12th and 13th, Ilmir Hazetdinov was 22nd, Andraz Pograjc 23rd and Lauri Asikainen 26th.
On Sunday it went even better for our Red Eagles as Jurij Tepes and Ziga Jelar took a 1-2 finish on the famous hill in Ruka. Andraz Pograjc and Ilmir Hazetdinov came in 10th and 11th, Tom HIlde finished 19th and Lauri Asikainen and Marius Lindvik scored points in 28th and 30th.
Ski Jumping - Ladies World Cup Hinterzarten (GER)

In the first ever team competition in the Ladies Ski Jumping World Cup on Saturday, Lucile Morat came in third with the French team, Ursa Bogataj was fifth with Slovenia, Thea Sofie Kleven seventh with Norway and Taylor Henrich tenth with Canada.
In Sunday's individual event, Ursa Bogataj finished on a good eleventh place and Lucile Morat came in 17th.

On Saturday afternoon Jan Schmid fought for the win until the end of the race and came in third. Bryan Fletcher moved up from 28th after the jumping to seventh overall with the second-best time in the race. Antoine Gerard was 18th.
Jan Schmid achieved yet another top result on Sunday in fourth, just seconds behind the podium. Bryan Fletcher came in 14th and Antoine Gerard repeated his 18th place from the day before.

In the first event in "Ski Town, USA" on Friday, Harald Riiber finished ninth and Ben Berend came in 18th.
On Saturday Harald Riiber was the best in the ski jumping part and then finished 11th overall, Ben Berend finished 24th in his second home competition.
