Competing for the SPORT 2000 Team this weekend:
Ski Jumping - Ladies World Cup Oslo (NOR)
In this competition on the Holmenkollen, in which only the Top 30 of the World Cup were allowed to take part, Ursa Bogataj was 12th and Lucile Morat came in 19th.
Ski Jumping - Continental Cup Zakopane (POL)
Andraz Pograjc and Fredrik Villumstad came in 28th and 29th on Saturday afternoon and were the only two Red Eagles in the final round.
in Sunday's competition on the Wielka Krokiew, Andraz Pograjc was 30th and, unfortunately, our only athlete in the second round of the Top 30.
Nordic Combined - World Cup Oslo (NOR)
Jan Schmid finished fourth in the competition on the famous Holmenkollen. Our best Red Eagle missed the podium only by the tiny margin of 0.1 seconds. Bryan Fletcher came in 17th and Harald Riiber scored one World Cup point in 30th.
Nordic Combined - World Cup Trondheim (NOR)
Shortly after the World Cup in Oslo, the athletes competed in Trondheim, where Jan Schmid was our best in Tuesday's competition in eighth. Bryan Fletcher came in on a great 12th place, Antoine Gerard was 19th.
Wednesday's competition in Trondheim was the last World Cup event for Bryan Fletcher and he ended his career in style with a great seventh place. Jan Schmid finished 15th, and Antoine Gerard 23.
Nordic Combined - Continental Cup Nizhny Tagil (RUS)
In the first commpetition on Friday, Paul Gerstgraser was only 37th after the jumping, but he could then move up to fifth overall with the second-fastest time in the cross country race.
On Saturday, Paul Gerstgraser came in on a very good third place with the third-best time in the race.
In the final event of the Continental Cup season in Nordic Combined, Paul Gerstgraser was again among the very best in the race and finished 13th overall.
